FANTASTIC … the works like a dream!

All that’s left is editing which should be done next week.

Next in line … get some feedback and some testimonials. Anyone want to trade a full sized ebook for a testimonial? I’m looking for volunteers to try the and the . If you’re trying to launch you ebook and have stalled on writing ebooks just add your name to the form over there ————–>>>>>>>>

Or if you’re interested in learning create ebooks add your name to the form over that a way ————->>>>>

Hey, I finally decided to jump on to Twitter. You can follow PMPsicle (me) by clicking here.

I don’t know if it will be worth my to maintain it. But I’m amazed at the number of people who are following me already. So I can understand why people say it is such a great marketing

By the way, PMPsicle is the moniker I’m using on Techrepublic. If you are interested in project management or consulting come and check out my comments.

You know this is getting scary. I’ve been killing myself trying to get my sites up. I managed to get the first video made. I managed to get the first chapter done on my ebook. And I’ve no idea what else I’ve done. But somehow, I’m behind by several weeks ….

Now of the problem is that I’m still in the middle of rennovations, of the problem is that my son is home sick and my schedule is messed, and of my problem is that I”ve been “working” from home for too long and of my problem is moving up in lodge and prat of my problem is  paid …. But none of that matters ’cause the bottom line is that I need to get workin’.

So lesson …. I need to set up a schedule and objectives per week & per day. Every day I need to allocate to my , twitter, ebook, videos etc.

So my suggestion to anyone starting up is to make two lists … first one is tasks to be done every day/week/month. The second list is for projects… in my case, ebooks, film videos, rewrite websites, etc.  Then every Sunday (cause it’s a day of rest) OR first thing Monday morning (before doing anything else)  make a list of tasks to be done each day of the coming week. List your scheduled interruptions first (doctors’ appointment etc.). Then do the day/week/month list next. Then review the projects and decide which tasks you can accomplish this week. Note that when making the list, assign by day (and hour if scheduled) and amount of expected. Don’t forget to make the list realistic. There’s no in scheduling 26 hours in a day. Also don’t forget to schedule down (e.g. Masons in my case, with family etc.) And add an allowance for interruptions. Then first thing very morning  or the last thing at night review the list and assign a .

Then to your list at the assigned . If you have an interruption something has to make up for the interruption (which is why you have an allowance).

Now, I know do it. Let’s see if I can actually put my money where my mouth is.

On writing ebooks, rennovating, and working for a living……..

Uhhhhhhhhh…………..

Okay, I’ve been a bad boy. I haven’t been blogging in 2 whole weeks … or is it 3? I don’t know. It’s been a long . I’ve been staring at my terminal so long I can’t focus anymore.

Never try to build an ebook while you’re in the middle of rennovations!

At this the floor is in but my furniture is ALL over the main floor. The shipment of extra furniture that I’ve inherited from my Dad is here — and sitting in the living room ’cause the legs have fallen off from being in my sister’s basement too long. I still haven’t finished painting the ceiling or the walls or putting in the new baseboards!

And as far as the ebook is concerned, I haven’t managed to get the introductory video filmed yet. Nor have I managed to get started writing an ebook on writing ebooks. Well that’s not quite true. I have managed to finish my idea map so now all I have to do is fill in the words.

Oh, yes…. I’ve also finished the rewrite of my textbook on writing the PMP and the 2 exams that go with it. Well, my of it anyway (I co-authored it). The rewrite wasn’t bad but those exams! Boy, I’m glad I don’t have to my certification again!

All that’s left is to make up the bill.

Anyway, that’s it for now. Tomorrow is movie day. No more procrastination!

Have Fun! Keep Learning! And Get Earning!

Glen
