There’s no point in our writing this blog if we don’t have readers.
And there’s no point in your reading it if we don’t answer the questions you have.
Please feel free to use the comments area to add questions and topics you would like to have covered in the blog.
No matter how easy you make it for a reader to leave feedback, they still have to take some time to do it, and to show how much they care – what’s a few moments to respond to them and thank them for doing so?
If a reader asks a question I answer. If a reader makes a statement that needs a comment I will comment. Thank you’s I tend not to respond to. I appreciate them just as much but my thanking you for thanking me doesn’t make for improved communications just a cluttered blog.
I also (usually) answer email requests for help from my customers (including the free course).
Of course, I sometimes get busy and miss a response or I’m not sure if a comment is really spam so I won’t respond.

It’s the old “curse of knowledge” dilemma isn’t it? It’s easy to assume visitors know how to comment or even that commenting is encouraged. Excellent post.
