And after listening to your comments we asked ourselves, “What if we retooled the coaching and replaced some of the more expensive elements — the ones that are limiting our numbers?”

And suddenly we had an answer!

Most of our customers are mostly interested in help creating their eBook or book. And our system is designed so that once you’ve learned one media you’ll be able to create courses in any media. All you really need is to know the differences and additional things.

So we’ve cut out the extra media and are focusing on eBooks. Why eBooks? Because an eBook is a shorter book than even executive length (roughly 100 pages). So they can be written quickly. And once you’ve learned how to write a long eBook (or very short book) you can write a full book using the same techniques.

And one on one coaching is great and valuable and all kinds of neat stuff … but it’s expensive and a pain for us. It limits the number of people we can have in coaching and it takes up a lot of time!

Anyway, after questioning everything we’re doing we came up with the following …
